When it’s time to prepare our dishes, the first thing in our minds is the area’s products, like the lamb, selected veal cuts, pork, a variety of fresh vegetables and seasonal fruits. We look for the best quality possible, we take care of the product in order to maintain its properties intact and, in this way, we develop tasty dishes, perfectly cooked and with appealing presentations.
From the jams made with seasonal fruit for accompanying the country bread toast during breakfast to the puff pastry croissants and the bran bread, in this kitchen everything passes through our hands.
We have two types of cuisine: one is called “a las brasas”, where everything is done with our firewood, tasty meals in the plow disk, hot stews in the iron pot, grilled selected veal cuts, delicious empanadas and breads made in the clay oven, and our cross that contemplates the tastiest and juiciest ribs.
The other one is the one that offers the three course menu: appetizer, entrée and dessert. We receive the guests with a glass of wine and a traditional accompaniment of the Argentinian cuisine, the freshly made empanada in the clay oven or a delicious tomaticán. We always suggest pairing every course of the menu with a wine of the Salentein Family of Wines carefully selected; in this way, the visitors can taste an ample variety of our excellent wines.
When it’s time to serve, we give a warm and personalized service. Our staff makes the restaurant feel like home but with the appropriate professionalism so as not to lose the essence that the landscape, the mountains and the tranquility offer.
