Salentein Reserve
Sauvignon Blanc 2010
Intense color, with predominantly greenish hues and slight golden tints. A symphony of aromatic, very powerful elements: tomato leaves and a touch of rue as a famous descriptor. It progresses with sparks of pink grapefruit and its skin, and then gets closer to citrus fruits; white figs in syrup and white peaches lend the wine its sweetness.
Ample mouth, with firm acidity stressing its freshness, which is integrated and assimilated into the great concentration achieved, with a round finish, without edges, as a sign of excellent concentration.
We have found an excellent terroir whose soil, weather and vegetation combine to prove that Valle de Uco takes part in premium, world-class production of Chardonnay.
