TheSalentein Posada is located in La Pampa Ranch, within the Salentein Space, in the Tunuyán department, Uco Valley, Mendoza province; an hour and half away from the city.
Salentein Posada
This small and exclusive ranch is surrounded by Bodegas Salentein’s vineyards and located at the Andes’ foothill. It has 16 comfortable rooms, divided in three houses, among gardens, vineyards, fruit plantations, and an organic garden. There are 8 individual rooms in gallery, situated in the house Los Racimos; then, 8 rooms more, divided in two houses, Los Sarmientos and Los Zarcillos, in a more homely environment. Besides, there is a warm restaurant and a comfortable swimming pool with a view of the vineyards. Some of the activities available for the Posada’s visitors are:
- Bodegas Salentein, Killka Museum and Chapel tours. (Special discount for Posada Salentein Guest)
- Bicycle rides in the plantations. (Subject to availability)
- Use of the swimming pool with a view of the vineyards. (Summer outdoor)
- Visits to the bodegas of the area.
In the year 2011, the Salentein Posada obtained the gold national medal in the contest “Best of Wine Tourism 2011” in the category “Accomodation”. This important competition is organized by the global network Great Wine Capitals.
